Our Team

Josh – President

Josh is our engineer, master electrician and president of the company.

He started his journey in the trades at a young age framing houses with his grandfather. As a young adult he opened a painting company that quickly evolved into a full-blown handyman business. Josh really enjoyed this period of his life, fortunately, 2008 hit and opened new doors of opportunity for him.

Josh said goodbye to his handyman business and began his electronics and electrical engineering education. He worked as a technician, designer and engineer building and troubleshooting devices such as blackbody radiation sources, electro-pneumatic leak testers, downhole tools and even space cameras!

Somewhere in there, he also spent time as an electrician and hands on project manager with a mid-sized electrical contracting company in Houston, TX. There, he also helped coordinate and troubleshoot complex systems and controls that were unfamiliar to their team.

Josh loves the outdoor life offered by Colorado and also enjoys playing a few instruments from time to time. He believes he’s only made it to where he is today with the love and support of his wife Robyn. When he isn’t outside, he is at peace (and soon to be asleep) laying on the couch with Robyn and their dog-daughter Ivory.

Robyn – CEO & Vice President of Precon

Robyn is our founder and vice president of preconstruction.

Robyn worked her way up the construction management chain beginning as a project coordinator with one of the biggest names in the industry. She did her time as a project coordinator, then as an assistant project manager and finally many years as a highly sought after project manager and certified Project Management Professional.

Having experienced her share of change orders over the years, Robyn decided she enjoyed takeoffs and turned her focus toward estimating. She began estimating for a commercial glazer, then a general contractor, and finally back to her first love of electrical.

With a bachelor’s in logistics, her keen understanding of the importance of scheduling, support infrastructure and delivery have given Robyn command over both operations and preconstruction and planning.

Outside of electrical work, Robyn’s passion is horses, from husbandry to riding. She grew up in the stables and finds a calming serenity in the presence of these magnificent animals.

Robyn also loves dogs, farm animals, gardening and being outdoors with Josh and Ivory.
